All Vitaland tuck shops have obtained relevant licenses and permits and purchase public liability insurance as required.

 

Employee training: 

In order to ensure high quality service, all employees of Vitaland need to have orientation training. Also, Vitaland will regularly hold the in-service training on food hygiene, customer service, daily operations, etc. To improve and maintain high-quality service levels.

 

 

District manager:

In order to have closer ties with schools, each district has a dedicated manager to follow. The district manager will visit the school frequently and communicate closely with teacher. To understand the needs of the parents, teachers and students so that we can constantly improve and provide the best quality services to the teachers, students and parents of each school.

 

Regular questionnaires:

Vitaland will regularly conduct questionnaire surveys to collect opinions from teachers, students and parents and make improvements.

 

 

Professional Equipment:

Vitaland has used advanced professional equipments, such as: New type of Octopus payment system, computerized cashier machines etc. It will assist our staff in providing more convenient, faster and accurate services to our customers.

 

In addition, different decoration designs can be made according to school need, such as adding lights and price tags, etc. Also, Our Tuck shop frontage is clean and organized to enhance a happy purchase experience. We provide outdoor ‘Alfresco’ seating arrangement when needed.

 

 

Both the school tuck shop and the factory are equipped with various professional catering facilities. Tuck shop have a full set of professional food catering equipment, such as refrigerator, beverage cooler and warmer, thermal insulation and induction cooker, etc; while the factory adopt large-scale and high-tech automatic production equipment that imported from foreign countries, such as large-scale automatic cooking machine that made in Japan, electric conveyor oven, etc.
